1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MUSIP ("we", "us", or "our"), the Music Network. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MUSIP connects music creators (rappers, singers, producers, DJs, engineers, studios, event organizers and industry professionals) worldwide. The app provides discovery tools (map, feed, search), a marketplace for creative services, booking of studios, sound slots and billboards, as well as event listings and messaging between users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use MUSIP. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must choose a unique username. MUSIP reserves certain usernames.
• One person = one account. Creating fake or impersonation accounts is prohibited.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal data from the platform.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (posts, portfolio items, media, listings). By posting content on MUSIP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the app. You confirm that your content does not infringe any third-party rights (copyright, image rights, trademark).

6. Paid Services & Payments

Certain features (service bookings, sound slots, billboard rentals) are paid. Payments are processed securely by our regulated payment service provider. MUSIP applies a service fee on top of the advertised price, and a commission is deducted from the provider's payout (15% standard, 10% for certified providers).

Funds may be held in the event of a dispute until resolution. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our dispute policy.

7. Location & Privacy

MUSIP uses your approximate location to display you on the discovery map. A random offset of 0.5–2 km is applied so your exact position is never shown. You can disable map visibility at any time in Settings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other users.
• Posting illegal, sexual, or violent content.
• Attempting to compromise the security or availability of the platform.
• Selling or transferring your account.
• Using bots or automation to inflate engagement.

9. Verification

MUSIP offers verification and certification labels (certified seller, verified role). These are granted at our discretion and can be revoked if the information provided is found to be false.

10. Intellectual Property

The MUSIP name, logo, and app design are the property of MUSIP. You may not use them without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

MUSIP is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. Transactions between users are the responsibility of the parties involved; MUSIP acts as an intermediary.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be settled before the competent courts.
