MUSIP is the data controller for the personal data collected via the app, in accordance with the GDPR and French Data Protection Act.

2. Data We Collect

• Account data: email, username, roles, profile photo.
• Location data: approximate city/country with a 0.5–2 km random offset. Your exact location is never stored or displayed.
• Activity data: posts, comments, likes, messages, bookings.
• Payment data: handled by our regulated payment service provider. MUSIP does not store your card numbers.
• Technical data: device info, usage logs, cookies where applicable.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve the discovery, messaging and booking features.
• To display your approximate location on the map (only if you opt in).
• To process payments and commissions.
• To send notifications about your activity.
• To ensure platform security and moderate content.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with: (a) our regulated payment service provider for transactions, (b) hosting and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service, and (c) authorities when legally required.

MUSIP is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data (encryption in transit, secure authentication). No method is 100% secure, but we do our best.
